Appendant and Concordant Bodies are additional organizations that a freemason may join. There is no degree higher than the third degree of masonry, but several other concordant bodies do grant additional degrees which can aid in additional masonic education. Progression in the appendant bodies is not mandatory or specifically recommended, it is completely optional. The Mighty Peace District has several appendant bodies which meat regularly, including:
